In 2001 I started a small coffee roasting company.  I called it Tom Becklund Coffee.  After five years it was time for a change, and it was time to close it down.  Since then I have worked at a green coffee importer learning how to find the best coffee.  I have also worked for a large coffee roasting company, where I have learned about the operations of a large roasting company.  It is looking like it may just be that time to dust of the old and make it new again.
